摘要
作为新中国最早建立的印刷高等学校,北京印刷学院的建立与以下几个时间有密切关系:1958年成立的文化学院及1960年设立的印刷工艺系为北京印刷学院的创建奠定了基础;1978年教育部的文件使得北京印刷学院的建立有了"尚方宝剑";1979年筹备处及筹备处临时领导小组的组建,接管印刷工艺系,正式公章的启用等,都意味着北京印刷学院的建立步入了正轨;1980年以北京印刷学院的名义招生,边办学边建校,虽然条件艰苦,却也一点一点、一砖一瓦地建起了今天的北京印刷学院。
As the earliest printing university established in China,the establishment of Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication is closely related to the following time points.The Institute of Culture,established in1958and the Printing Technology Department,established in1960,laid the foundation for the founding of Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication.In1978,the document from the Ministry of Education brought official certification to the establishment of Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication.In1979,the establishment of preparatory office and the provisional leadership group of preparatory office,taking over the Printing Technology Department and the opening of official seal meant that the establishment of Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication was on the right track.It started enrollment of new students in the name of Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication in1980.Running school while building it in tough conditions,Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication is established one step at a time.
