摘要 目前空调普遍采用的直流电机驱动控制电路,在驱动控制时,当供给电机驱动用的直流电压的控制方法有因浪涌电压而引起集成IC故障破坏时,会伴随有空调其他电路的破坏。另外,电机三相变换的IGBT驱动模块存在较大的开关噪声干扰,影响空调室内机电控系统控制性能。为了防止破坏并消除开关噪声干扰的影响,在驱动控制电路侧的控制电源端与直流电机侧的控制电源端之间设计浪涌电压吸收的手段,在驱动控制电路侧的电力电源线和地线上分别设计抗干扰的手段来解决。 The control circuit of DC motor drive is widely used in air conditioning,when drive control working,DC voltage control method when the motor is driven by the supply voltage because of the surge caused by the destruction of the integrated IC fault,with other air conditioning circuit failure.In addition,there is a large switching noise interference in the IGBT drive module of the threephase motor transformation,which affects the control performance of the indoor electronic control system of the air conditioner.In order to prevent damage and eliminate the influence of switching noise interference,the design of surge voltage absorption means between the control power supply driving control circuit of power supply side end and the side end of the DC motor,drive power control circuit in power line side and ground respectively.The design of anti-interference means to solve.
