摘要
住院医师规范化培训与医学硕士专业学位研究生教育的衔接,使得本科学历的住院医师在规范化培训结束后可获得住院医师规范化培训合格证书及医学硕士专业学位证书,大大提高了医疗卫生人才队伍的学力水平。为保证此项工作持续发展下去,应严格把握入口关,充分结合住院医师特点创新教学方法,改革创新导师指导方式等,保证以同等学力申请学位的住院医师培养质量。
The combination of the education for postgraduate students with professional degree and the standardized training for residents makes it possible for the residents with bachelor degree to obtain qualified certificate of standardized training and master of medicine,which would improve the educational level of health personnel.In order to guarantee the sustainable development of this work,we should strictly emphasize the quality of student source,reform the teaching method and tutor guiding mode.
