摘要 挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)是一种带有刺激性气味,致畸、致癌、致突变作用、易燃易爆并且对人体健康和生态系统有很大破坏力的有机物。VOCs的主要来源有三种:工业固定源、汽车尾气排放源以及日常生活源,目前针对这三种不同的排放源,我国提出了相应的治理和控制方法。本文针对工业固定源中的印刷机VOCs排放提出了一种处理其排放的挥发性有机化合物的工艺流程;阐述了该流程的工作原理及实施方法 ;对比了国内外处理VOCs的政策;证明了该工艺流程比现有的处理方案更加经济、环保。 Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are a kind of organic compounds which have a pungentodor,the teratogenic,carcinogenic,mutagenic,flammable,explosive effect and highly destructive to human health and ecosystems.There are three main sources of VOCs:Industrial stationary sources,vehicle exhaust emissions and sources of daily life.At present,the corresponding control methods are proposed for these three different emission sources.In this paper,a process for treating volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emitted from the printer's VOCs emissions from industrial stationary sources is proposed.In this paper the working principle and implementation method of the process are described.The policy of dealing with VOCs at home and abroad is compared.And finally,the paper has demonstrates that the process is more economical and environmentally friendly than the existing treatment.
