摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查药物流产后宫内残留物的临床价值。方法随机选取2014年3月～2016年2月在温州市中西医结合医院进行治疗的130患者，将其分为2组,每组65例。对照组采取经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查，研究组采取经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查。刮宫手术后，比较2组患者的诊断结果，判断2种检查方法的误诊率。结果130例患者中，有4例患者在药物流产后，阴道出血的状况自动消失；在所有患者中，导致其药物流产不全面的病理皆有绒毛以及炎性细胞；研究组误诊率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论相对经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查，经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查的分辨率更高、得到的图像更清晰，对药物流产后宫内残留物的误诊率比较低。
Objective To study the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intrauterine residue after drug abortion.Methods130patients treated in our hospital from March2014to February2016were randomly selected and divided into two groups,with65cases in each group.The control group was examined by abdominal color Doppler ultrasound,the study group was examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.After curettage,the diagnosis results of the two groups were compared,and the rate of misdiagnosis of the two methods was determined.Results In130patients,4patients after drug abortion,vaginal bleeding status automatically disappear.In all patients,which lead to pathological drug abortion not complete all villi and inflammatory cells.The misdiagnosis rate of the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The relative transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound with high resolution,the image is more clear,misdiagnosis of drug abortion intrauterine residue rate is relatively low.
