摘要
随着马拉松运动影响力的不断扩大,吸引了大量的热情跑友积极参加,其中不乏众多高校学子的身影。着重研究山西大学城学生马拉松爱好者日常训练情况,随机从山西大学城10所高校的学生中抽取50名马拉松爱好者为调查对象,运用运动训练学专业理论加以分析,以期为山西大学城马拉松爱好者的日常训练提出可行性建议,使大学生在享受马拉松运动同时,减少伤害事件的发生。
With the growing influence of marathon sports,it attracted a large number of enthusiastic runners to participate actively,including many college students.This paper focuses on the daily training of Marathon enthusiasts in Shanxi University town,and randomly selects50marathon enthusiasts from10universities in Shanxi University town as the respondents,then uses professional sports training theory to analyze,in order to put forward some feasible suggestions for the marathon enthusiasts daily training in Shanxi University town,and to make college students enjoy marathon while reduce the incidence of injuries.
