摘要
道路交通安全是道路交通的首要任务和终极目标,天气情况对道路交通安全威胁巨大,已经成为威胁道路安全运营的最大非人为因素。不利气象条件对人、车、路组成的道路交通系统有相当大的影响,蕴藏着众多交通事故隐患,甚至引发重特大交通事故。以交通信息科技手段增强交通参与者的安全预警,建立道路交通气象环境预警体系显得尤为重要。文章通过对大连市的几条主要道路进行气象监测,建立道路交通气象监测预警系统,大大减少恶劣气象下交通事故发生的概率。
Road traffic safety is the primary task and ultimate goal of road traffic.The weather situation is a huge threat to road traffic safety and has become the biggest non-human factor that threatens road safety operation.Adverse weather conditions on people,cars,roads composed of road traffic system has a considerable impact,there are many hidden dangers of traffic accidents,and even lead to major traffic accidents.It is very important to establish the early warning system of road traffic weather environment by means of traffic information technology to enhance the safety warning of traffic participants.Through the meteorological monitoring of several major roads in Dalian,the article establishes the early warning system of road traffic meteorological monitoring,which greatly reduces the probability of traffic accidents in bad weather.
