摘要
目的研究酒精对滇西亚种树血液学指标的影响.方法实验选择滇西亚种树40只,雌雄各半,随机分为酒精组和对照组.树自由采食颗粒饲料,酒精组每天定时按体重每100 g灌服0.38 mL酒精含量为56%红星二锅头,对照组按相同剂量灌服蒸馏水.灌服90 d后,禁食12 h心脏采血0.5 mL EDTA-K2抗凝后采用TEK-II mini全自动血液分析仪测定血液学各项指标,对测定数据用SPSS软件统计分析.结果酒精组树的血小板数(PLT)、白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞绝对值(LY#)、中间细胞绝对值(Mid#)、血小板压积(PCT)均高于对照组(P<0.05),酒精组雄性树的白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞绝对值(LY#)、中间细胞绝对值(Mid#)均低于雌性(P<0.05).结论酒精能够引起滇西亚种树血液学指标的变化,并且雌性树的变化较为显著.
Objective To investigate the effect of alcohol on hematological indexes of Tupaia belangeri chinensis.Methods A total of40Tupaia belangeri chinensis,half male and half female,were randomly divided into alcohol group and control group.Tree shrews in alcohol group were given star Erguotou with alcohol content of56%by gavage,with the dosage of0.38mL per100g while those in control group were given distilled water by gavage with the same dosage.After90days of gavage,0.5mL blood from the heart were taken12hours after fasting.EDTA-K2was used and mini TEK-II automatic hematology analyzer was applied to measure the indexes of hematology,and the results were analyzed with SPSS software.Platelet count(PLT),white blood cell(WBC),the absolute value of lymphocyte(LY#),Results The absolute value of intermediate cells(Mid#)and plateletcrit(PCT)in alcohol group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In alcohol group,white blood cells(WBC),lymphocyte absolute value(LY#),the absolute value of intermediate cells(Mid#)of male tree shrews were significantly lower than those of female tree shrews(P<0.05).Conclusions Alcohol can cause changes in tupaia belangeri chinensis hematological indexes,and the changes of female tree shrews are more significant.
