摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸水平(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与阿尔茨海默病(AD)病临床表现精神行为的关系.方法选择云南省第三人民医院2014年1月至2016年1月住院的AD患者20例,以酶法检测AD患者治疗前后血浆Hcy与hs-CRP水平,阿尔茨海默病病理行为(BEHAVE-AD)评定量表评估患者治疗效果,分析Hcy与hs-CRP水平与AD患者精神行为症状的相关性.结果 AD患者的精神行为评分与血浆Hcy、hs-CRP浓度治疗前后水平对比均存在差异(P<0.01).结论 Hcy,CRP浓度与AD患者精神行为有相关性.
Objective To study the relationship between homocysteine(Hcy)and hypersensitive c-reactiveprotein(hs-CRP)level and mental behaviors of Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods During the period from2014January to2016January,20subjects were selected from inpatients of the third hospital of yunnan porvince,before and after treatment,the plasma levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in patients with AD were tested by enzymaticmethods.The pathological behavior rating scale(concerns-AD)was used to estimate the treatment effect.Results There were significant differences in the mental behavior score and Hcy and CRP levels between the beforeand after the treatment in AD patients(P<0.01).Conclusion Plasma levels of Hcy and CRP have correlationwith mental behaviors of patients with AD.
