摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,专利资产资本运营的重要性在企业的发展过程中迅速凸显出来,专利资产的有效资本运营是目前企业实际运营中的难点。本文通过介绍专利资产概念、专利资产种类和特性、专利资产评估方法、专利资产资本运营途径,进而详细地阐述目前企业专利资产资本运营的遇到的实际问题,并对未来企业专利资本运营进行了展望和讨论。
In the era of knowledge economy,the importance of the operation of patent asset capital is rapidly emerging in the process of enterprise development.The effective capital operation of the patent assets is the difficulty in the actual operation of enterprise.This paper introduces the concept,types and characteristics of patent assets patent assets,patent assets evaluation method and patent capital operation method,then elaborated in detail the current practical problems encountered in enterprise patent assets capital operation,with review of discussions on future of enterprise patent assets operation.
