摘要
在完善的政策体系和制度安排下,专利证券化可以提高企业专利资产的价值运用效率,拓宽企业融资渠道,实现企业融资多元化、便捷化,有效缓解融资压力。文章通过分析美国、日本专利证券化的实践得出,有效实施专利证券化的基础是具备丰富的专利资产,同时要有完善的政策体系和法律制度作保障,谨慎选择企业类型,确保专利证券化的顺利推进。
Under the arrangement perfect policies and systems, the patent securitization can improve the value utilization efficiency of the enterprise＇s patent assets, broaden the financing channels of the enterprise, diversify and facilitate the enterprises financing, and effectively alleviate the financing pressure. Through the analysis of the patent securitization practice of United States and Japan, the paper concludes that the effective implementation of patent securitization is based on the rich patent assets, and protected by perfect policy system and legal system. It is necessary to carefully choose business type so as to ensure the smooth progress of patent securitization.
