摘要
目的:探究综合护理干预对糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年2月-2017年2月收治的糖尿病患者220例,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,各110例。给予对照组常规性的护理措施,给予试验组综合护理的干预措施。进而比较两组患者护理后的生活方式变化及血脂、血糖的控制情况。结果:试验组患者在护理后高脂饮食、高盐、锻炼身体、喝酒的改善情况均显著优于对照组,不良情绪改善情况优于对照组,护理后血脂、血糖的控制优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病患者的治疗中使用综合护理的干预措施,一方面能够明显控制血脂血糖水平,另一方面也有利于患者养成良好的用药和生活习惯,同时有效降低发生并发症的概率。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetic patients.Method:220cases of diabetic patients admittedto the author,s hospital from February2016to February2017were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Routine care measures were givento the control group,and the intervention measures were given to the experimental group.And then the lifestyle changes and blood lipids,blood sugar control oftwo groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the improvement of the high-fat diet,high-salt,exercise and drinking in the experimentalgroup were significantly better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of blood glucose and blood glucosewere better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of comprehensive care in the treatment ofdiabetic patients,on the one hand can significantly control blood lipid levels,on the other hand also help patients develop good medication and lifestyle,whileeffectively reducing the probability of occurrence of complications.
