摘要
目的:探讨中医"治未病"护理干预在社区2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:将100例社区2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予中医"治未病"护理干预;比较两组血糖、血压、血脂水平以及糖尿病并发症发生率。结果:护理后观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、收缩压(SBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、糖尿病并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医"治未病"护理干预是通过饮食调养、运动按摩、情志护理、中药干预等预防护理措施,调节糖脂代谢紊乱,降低糖尿病并发症发生率。
Objective：To study application effect of nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine ＂disease prevention＂ in treating patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods：A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 50 cases.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid and the incidence of diabetic complications were compared between two groups.Results：After nursing intervention,the incidence rate of fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,systolic blood pressure（SBP）,total cholesterol（TC）,and diabetic complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine ＂disease prevention＂ is through the dietetic care,sports massage,emotional care,Chinese medicine intervention and other preventive measures to regulate glucolipid metabolic disorders,reduce the incidence of diabetes complications.
