摘要
目的研究中国ICF研究与应用状况。方法本文采用文献研究方法。采用Cite Space信息可视化软件对从CNKI上检索的2001年到2017年的有关ICF研究文献332篇,从发表时间分布特征、作者分布、研究机构进行可视化分析。结果从2001年至今,中国ICF研究与应用文献呈迅速增长趋势。ICF研究领域的核心作者是邱卓英及其研究团队的陈迪、李沁燚等。发表ICF研究文献最多的期刊是《中国康复理论与实践》。ICF在人口与流行病统计、临床和服务领域、管理和临床信息领域以及社会政策领域方面得到了广泛的应用。在世界卫生组织(WHO)国际分类家族中国合作中心的指导和协调下,经与WHO康复合作中心等合作,中国在ICF研究与应用方面与WHO的其他合作中心开展有效合作,取得了很多有价值的研究成果。结论中国ICF研究与应用已经成为一个新兴的研究领域,对医疗、康复、教育、社会保障与就业、社会服务、残疾研究以及信息科学等领域产生了广泛的影响,成为这些领域的重要理论与工具。
Objective To explore the development and implementation of International Classification of Functioning,Disability andHealth(ICF)(International Chinese Version)in China.Methods A total of332research papers in ICF had been selected from CNKI from2001to2017and analyzed using Citespace III.The time,authors and institutions distributions had been explored.Results There was a sustainableincrease of ICF publications in Chinese from2001.The core authors of ICF are QIU Zhuo-ying and his research team.ChineseJournal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice has published most researches in ICF in China.ICF Chinese version has been widely implementedin the areas of disability statistics at population level,clinical and services,management and service information,and social policy.With the guidance and coordination of WHO Family of International Classifications Collaborating Center(WHO-FIC CC)and cooperationwith WHO-FIC CCs Germany,Australia,and Italy,and cooperation with WHO CC Rehabilitation in China,remarkable achievements hasbeen made in the fields of ICF research and implementation.Conclusion It is a promising new research area to research and implement ICFin China.New ideologies and tools has been developed and significant influences have been made from ICF research and implementation inthe fields of health care,rehabilitation,education,social security and employment,social services,disability studies,and informatics.
