摘要
包装印刷业是挥发性有机物(VOCs)的重要排放源之一,VOCs治理是包装印刷行业亟需解决的重要环保问题。简要介绍了针对包装印刷行业的几种常用有机废气处理技术。结合实际项目案例,重点介绍了一种融合节能优化、蓄热式热氧化和余热回收利用的包装印刷行业挥发性有机废气高效节能综合治理技术。
Waste gas in package printing industry is an important source of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emission.It is very urgent to achieve VOCs removal in this industry.This article briefly introducesseveral organic waste gas treatment technologies commonly used in the package printing industry.Taking the actual project case,a kind of energy efficient comprehensive detoxification technology isdiscussed,which is based on energy-saving optimization,regenerative thermal oxidation and heatrecovery technology.
