摘要
目的设计一套医用颗粒悬浮床臭氧消毒装置,以减少悬浮床颗粒污染和消除异味。方法采用MCS-51单片机独立控制臭氧发生器,选用通用型10 g/h规格臭氧发生器,利用硬件串联气源管道和软件独立控制的柔性方式能兼容不同品牌型号悬浮床,单片机内部晶振模块能结合临床需求定时消毒。对装置使用前后分别采样,使用不同培养基分别进行细菌定量和菌种鉴定。分别进行紫外线消毒、清洗消毒与臭氧消毒,对比各方式消毒效率。结果未使用臭氧消毒前的床体颗粒污染严重,菌数达3.977×105 cfu/g,病原菌检出率为70%,经过臭氧消毒处理后悬浮床颗粒单位菌量减少43.67%、病原菌检出数减少55%。相比紫外线消毒与清洗消毒,臭氧消毒效率更高。结论臭氧消毒装置成本低廉,能够有效得对悬浮床颗粒进行细菌灭杀,消除异味,提高临床使用效果。
Objective To design a set of ozone disinfection device for medical suspended bed to reduce the pollution of suspendedbed particles and eliminate odor.Methods MCS-51Single chip microcomputer was used to control the ozone generator.The ozonegenerator with an universal10g/h specifications was selected,and hardware was acted in series air source pipeline and softwareindependent control of the flexible mode,which could be compatible with different brands of model suspension bed.In this case,thesingle chip microcomputer internal oscillator modules could be combined with the clinical needs of regular disinfection.Samplingbefore and after use of the device,the use of different culture media were quantitative and bacterial identification.Ultravioletdisinfection,cleaning disinfection and ozone disinfection were carried out respectively,and the efficiency of disinfection wascompared.Results Before the ozone disinfection,the bed body particles were polluted seriously,the number of bacteria reached3.977×106cfu/g,the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was70%.After ozone disinfection,the amount of suspended particles inthe suspended bed was reduced by43.67%,and the number of pathogenic bacteria was decreased by55%.Compared with ultravioletdisinfection and cleaning disinfection,ozone disinfection efficiency was higher.Conclusion Ozone disinfection device cost is low,can effectively remove the particles of suspended particles to kill bacteria,eliminate odor and improve clinical use effect.
