摘要
21世纪,是经济高速发展的时代,是人才竞相角逐的时代。研究型大学作为推动经济和社会发展的关键性环节,日益发挥着不可替代的作用。文章从研究型大学的定义出发,通过借鉴国外研究型大学的成功创建经验,对国内研究型大学的建设提出几点思考,以期能够为国内研究型大学的建设添砖加瓦,对国内研究型大学的建设发展有所裨益。
In twenty-first Century,it is an era of rapid economic development and an era of talent competition.As a keylink to promote economic and social development,research-oriented university is increasingly playing an irreplaceablerole.The paper starts from the definition of the research-oriented university,draws lessons from foreign research-orienteduniversities'success,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of domestic research-oriented universities,inorder to create the domestic research-oriented universities,and to be of some help to the construction and development ofdomestic research-oriented universities.
