摘要
针对当前湖北省土地规划勘测院档案管理与办公系统中一体化应用需求,运用GIS信息技术和网络技术,阐述构建档案管理与办公信息系统建设目标、系统总体框架、主要功能以及特色等,使得该系统能够在实现院档案管理和办公系统应用中提供参考。
According to the integration application demands of the current Hubei Province Land Planning and Surveying Institute archives management and office system, this article made full use of GIS information technology and network technology to build the construction goal, the overall framework, the main functions and the main features of the archives management and office information system. The system can provide a reference for the implementation of the archives management and office system application.
