摘要
目的:探讨脑卒中后遗症患者进行社区康复治疗的效果。方法:收治脑卒中后遗症患者188例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用社区康复治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组肢体运动功能改善情况和患者生存质量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中后遗症患者应用社区康复治疗的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of community rehabilitation therapy on patients with stroke sequelae.Methods:188patients with stroke sequelae were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated by routine treatment,and the observation group added community rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the improvement of limb motor function and the quality of life in patients were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of community rehabilitation therapy on patients with stroke sequelae was significant.
