摘要 目的:对早期肠内营养在危重症患者营养支持中的临床应用价值进行分析。方法:收治危重症患者36例,平分两组。对照组予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上予以早期肠内营养支持治疗,统计和记录两组患者在进行营养支持前后的营养指标。结果:经治疗,患者临床指标均有所改善,人血白蛋白指标改善更优,肠内指标达标速度更快,ICU入住时间更短(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果更好,对照组与观察组治疗总有效率分别为72.22%、94.44%。结论:早期肠内营养支持治疗可以缩短患者的治疗时间,提高治疗有效率,促进患者恢复正常。 Objective:To analyze the clinical value of early enteral nutrition in nutritional support for critically ill patients.Methods:36critically ill patients were divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group received routine treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with early enteral nutrition support on this basis.The nutritional indices of two groups before and after nutritional support were recorded.Results:After treatment,the clinical indexes of the patients were improved,the serum albumin index was better,and the intestinal index was faster and the ICU admission time was shorter(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher.After the calculation and analysis,the treatment efficiency of the control group and the observation group were72.22%and94.44%respectively.Conclusion:The implementation of early enteral nutrition support treatment can shorten the time of treatment,improve the efficiency of treatment,promote the life of patients,and return to normal.
