摘要 目的探讨早期肠内营养(EN)在危重症患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月-2014年1月在本院ICU住院的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例。研究组行早期EN治疗,即在进入ICU后的24-48 h开始实施EN;对照组行常规EN治疗,即在进入ICU后的48 h后开始实施EN,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗第7天的Alb和PA水平显著高于对照组,GLU和ALT水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。研究组的达标所需时间、机械通气时间与ICU住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论早期EN在危重症患者治疗中的应用效果显著,能够明显改善患者的各项生化指标和营养状况,缩短住院时间。 Objective To explore the application effect of supportive therapy of early enteral nutrition (EN) in the treat- ment of critical patients. Methods 60 patients hospitalized in ICU in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the research group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The research group was given early EN treatment,and EN was carried out within 24-48 h after entering ICU.The control group was given regular EN treatment,and EN was carried out within 48 h after entering ICU.The curative effect in two groups was compared. Results The level of Alb and PA in the research group after treatment at the 7^th days was higher than that in the control group,the level of GLU and ALT in the research group after treatment at the 7^th days was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.05).The required time of reaching the target of EN,mechanical ventila- tion time and hospitalized days in ICU in the research group:was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application effect of early EN supportive therapy for critical patientsin significant, which can obviously improve each biochemical index and nutritional conditions,shorten hospitalization time.
