摘要
目的:探究优质护理服务理念在门诊护理工作中的效果及实践操作。方法:接受门诊治疗患者580例,将其分两组,给予患者不同的护理措施,对患者的护理满意程度和护理中的各项工作评分情况进行调查。结果:优质护理组患者护理满意率高达93.10%,而常规护理组患者护理满意率仅68.97%;在护理过程中的门诊设施、医药护理、心理护理、病历书写和操作技巧等多项工作中,优质护理组评分均高于常规护理组,数据经检验差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将优质护理服务理念运用于门诊护理工作当中,能有效提高患者的护理满意率,同时提高了护理人员的职业素养。
Objective:To explore the effect and practice of quality nursing service concept in outpatient nursing work.Methods:Atotal of580patients treated in our hospital were selected.They were divided into the two groups and patients were given differentcare measures.And the degree of care in the work of the situation was investigated.Results:The satisfaction rate of the patients inthe high quality nursing group was as high as93.10%,while the satisfaction rate of the patients in the routine nursing group wasonly68.97%.The outpatient facilities,medical care,psychological nursing,medical record writing and operation skills in thenursing process,the quality care group scores were higher than the routine nursing group.The data were tested and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of quality care services used in outpatient care work,can effectivelyimprove the patient's care satisfaction rate,while improving the professionalism of nursing staff.
