摘要
资产评估行业是现代社会的高端服务行业,在社会经济发展中起到无可替代的作用,但是伴随着高速的成长,该行业人才培养也面临着一些问题。文章从培养青年评估人才,及时更新资产评估相关教程内容,完善后续教育培训机制,加强专业学科建设,产学研相结合等方面为资产评估行业应用型人才培养问题提出相应解决措施。
The asset appraisal industry is the high-end service industry in modern society.It plays an irreplaceable role in the social and economic development.However,with the rapid growth,the talent training in this industry is also facing some problems.From the training of young talent assessment;update the assets appraisal tutorial content,perfect the mechanism for training continuing education;strengthen the construction of professional disciplines,combining the research aspects of evaluation problems and puts forward corresponding solutions to cultivate talents for the industry application of assets.
