摘要
牛肠道病毒(BEV)感染是我国近年来的新发传染病,在牛群中普遍存在,且常与其他病原体发生混合感染和继发感染。本文介绍了牛肠道病毒的发现、形态及分类、流行病学特点等,阐述了该病毒检测技术的研究进展,如病毒的分离培养技术、血清学检测技术、分子生物学检测技术(RT-PCR技术和实时荧光定量RTPCR技术)等,以期为预防和控制该病提供参考。
Bovine Enteroviruses(BEV)is a new infectious disease in China,prevalent in cattle and usually mixedwith other pathogens and secondary infection.The discovery,morphology,classification and epidemiological characteristicsof BEV were introduced in this paper.The research progress of detection technology,such as virus isolationand culture,serological and molecular biology detection technique(RT-PCR technology and real-time fluorescencequantitative RT-PCR technology)were described,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control ofthe disease.
