摘要
以调查金属接骨板断裂事件为导向,探究医疗机构金属接骨板采购、消毒、毁形过程对其使用的影响,浅析断裂的原因,为医疗机构使用、管理和行政部门监管提供风险预警、管控办法以及政策依据,从而防范金属接骨板质量事故的发生。
To investigate the metal plates breaking event oriented,explore if the purchase,disinfection and surgical destruction in medical institutions have influence on the metal plate usage,so as to analyze the reasons of breaking and provide regulatory risk warning,control measures and policy bases for the usage and management of medical institutions and Administrative supervision,thus preventing the quality accident of metal plates.
