摘要
采用低压等离子喷涂工艺,在317L不锈钢质接骨板上喷涂了钛涂层,制备出钛涂层的接骨板.通过动物的植入实验,研究了这种接骨板的生物相容性;利用扫描电镜、电子探针、X射线衍射仪等分析仪器对涂层的微观结构、涂层-基体界面成分分布等进行了研究;同时也对涂层接骨板的电化学性能进行了研究.结果表明,喷涂过程对不锈钢质接骨板本身的冶金性能影响很小,钛涂层结合良好,其与骨组织的生物相容性能优于未涂钛涂层的不锈钢接骨板.
Titanium coatings have been deposited onto 317L stainless steel plate by low pressure plasma spray(LPPS)process.The microstructure of the coatings and coating/substrate interface has beed analyzed by SAM,EPMA and XRD.The mechanical and electrochetnical proprties here also been measured. Results indicate that the thermal spray process has no effect on the metallurgical properties of the substrate and the titanium coatings havinggood bonding strength with the substrate can be obtained.Tile biocompatibility of Ti-coated 317L stainless steel is superior to that of the uncoated stainless steel.
