摘要
近年来,随着国家对高职教育的重视,高职院校发展迅速,辅导员作为高职院校思政教育的主力军,其队伍正不断壮大,其发展也面临着诸多挑战。目前高职院校中存在着部分辅导员角色定位不明确,其稳定性和专业性有待进一步提高,以及辅导员工作内容繁杂、学生素质良莠不齐等工作难点。针对高职院校辅导员工作现状和工作难点,文章从增强辅导员职业能力的培养、促进辅导员工作专业化与创新性、打通职业通道、完善职业标准等方面提出了解决策略。
In recent years,with the continuous development of higher vocational colleges,the number of counselors is also growing and counselors are facing many challenges.At present,the role of some counselors is unclear,and the stability and professionalism need to be further improved.At the same time,college counselors have a lot of work to do and the students have different qualities.Aiming at the work situation and difficulties of college counselors in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the countermeasures from the following aspects:enhancing counselors'vocational ability training,promoting the professionalization and innovation of the counselor work,getting through the professional channels and perfecting the professional standards.
