摘要
大学管理工作直接影响对当代大学生的培养,如何合理有效地管理高职院校的学生一直是高职院校辅导员关注的焦点与难点。在管理工作中要抓重以人为本,加强思想教育。
University management give a direct impact on the contemporary of college students,reasonable and effective management has been the focus of counselor.In the management of re-work,we should pay attention to people-centered,to strengthen the ideological education.
