摘要
焊接金属波纹管有效直径对于分析其应力状态和力学性能是一个关键参数,采用一般经验公式计算不能满足工程要求,因此在工程实践中,需对计算公式进行修正以减少设计误差。两种不同类型的"S"型曲线焊接金属波纹管被选来研究其有效直径变化规律。实验数据表明,焊接金属波纹管的有效直径不仅与波纹管的规格和尺寸有关,还受到波纹管介质压力状态的影响。根据实验数据,采用曲线回归和线性回归方法,对焊接金属波纹管直径计算公式进行修正,得到一个新的有效直径计算修正公式。通过进一步的实验验证,新的修正公式能够更为准确地反映焊接金属波纹管的有效直径,满足工程实践的要求。
Welded metal bellows effective diameter for the analysis of the stress state and mechanics performance is a key parameter.The method of calculating the effective diameter of the metal corrugated pipe by the general empirical formula is not sufficient to meet the engineering requirement.Therefore,in engineering practice,the calculation formula needs to be modified to meet the accuracy requirement.The two types of"S"curves of different types of weld metal bellows are selected to study their effective diameters.The experimental data shows that the effective diameter of the welded metal corrugated tube is not only related to the size and size of the corrugated pipe,but also the influence of the pressure state of the bellows medium.According to the experimental data,use the curve regression and linear regression method,the welding metal corrugated pipe diameter calculation formula for correction,get a new effective diameter correction formula calculation.Through further experiments,the new correction formula can more accurately reflect the effective diameter of welded metal bellows,and meet the requirement of engineering practice.
