摘要
作为一个有着悠久历史的国家,武术文化在中国这片热土上至少传承了数百年。如今,武术文化仍然作为重要的非物质遗产之一,得到了正确及合理的维护。但为了与时代接轨,武术文化难以一成不变地被保留。因此,必须融入现代的因素,才能最大程度地发挥其自身的优势及价值。文章主要通过以完善武术课的教学模式、提高武术教师武术教学素质、激发学生的武术兴趣、有针对性地安排教材内容、注重教学方法的研究、用相应政策提升河洛武术的地位等方式来研究论述河洛武术文化如何与现代体育教学进行完美结合,使两者充分发挥优势,将武术文化在维护与创新的交互过程中得到传承。在这个过程中,引起学生心理上的共鸣,使学生能够感受到武术文化所带来的身心体验,并沉浸在武术文化的美妙中,从而达到使学生学习传统礼仪、提高课堂趣味性、增强互动、坚持以学生发展为中心,重视学生的主体地位的预期效果。
As a country with a long history,Wushu culture has been inherited in China for at least hundreds of years.Today,Wushu culture is still one of the important intangible heritages,and has been correctly and reasonably maintained.But in order to integrate with the times,Wushu culture is difficult to be retained in a rut.Therefore,we must integrate modern factors into Wushu culture to maximize its own advantages and value.This article mainly aims to study how to combine Heluo Wushu culture with modern physical education perfectly through ways such as improving the teaching mode of Wushu class and the Wushu teaching quality of Wushu teachers,stimulating students'interest in Wushu,arranging targeted teaching content,focusing on the research of teaching methods,and improving the status of Heluo Wushu with corresponding policies,so as to give full play to their advantages and let Wushu culture be inherited in the interactive process of maintenance and innovation.In this process,try to arouse students'resonance,so that students can feel the physical and mental experience brought by Wushu culture,and immerse themselves in the wonderful Wushu culture,so as to enable students to learn traditional etiquette,improve classroom fun and interaction,achieve the expected effect of focusing on student development and paying attention to student's subject position.
