摘要
社会是在新旧调适和创新中得以发展的。改革开放以来 ,我国以单位为载体的基层群众体育管理体制已不复存在 ,但是新型的管理体制和运行机制却尚未确立。基于这一现实 ,本文从社会学的视角入手 ,采用文献法、问卷法、访谈法、个案分析法和数理统计法等 ,对我国经济发达地区基层群众体育管理体制和运行机制的现状进行了描述 ,并在对现状概括与分析的基础上 ,借鉴国外大众体育管理的先进经验 ,依据我国未来经济与社会发展的宏观背景 ,提出了经济发达地区未来基层群众体育管理体制和运行机制模式的构想。
