摘要
阿奇霉素为十五元大环内脂类抗菌药物,复方甘草片是常用的止咳类药物,但是临床中有关阿奇霉素和复方甘草片的不良反应越来越多,本文选取了我院临床中因服用阿奇霉素和复方甘草片最终死亡的病例1例进行分析,旨在探讨阿奇霉素联合复方甘草片导致患者死亡的病理原因,为临床中的应用提供必要的依据。
Azithromycin is a15-membered macrolide antimicrobial agent.The Fufang Gancao tablets were a commonly antitussive medicine.However,there are more and more adverse reactions from azithromycin and the Fufang Gancao tablets.In this paper,1case of death was selected;and the pathologic analysis of azithromycin with the Fufang Gancao tablets was explored,to provide the necessary basis for the clinical application.
