摘要
1例门诊诊断为支气管炎的患者选用阿奇霉素静滴2天后出现严重肝功能损害及窦性心动过缓,心率最低达到38次/分,不良反应涉及消化和心血管两大系统,经积极治疗后得到顺利恢复,无后遗症。通过此次事件,临床治疗中,应了解和关注阿奇霉素的不良反应,在选择使用该药前应对患者综合情况给予谨慎评估,在治疗过中及治疗后均应该加强随访。
One patient who had been diagnosed bronchitis used azithromycin by intravenous drip for two days ,server liver function damage with sinus brabycardia occured. The slowest heart rate comed to 38 times per minute. The adverse reaction involved two major systems of digestion and cardiovascular. After accepted active treatment, the patient recovered her health and no sequelae. About this incident we should be more understanding and pay attention to adverse reaction of azithromycin in clinical treatment. Before choosing to use this drug we should be more cautious and strengthened folowed-up in and after the treatment.
