摘要
目的:探讨补脾宣肺推拿法治疗脾肺两虚型小儿呼吸道感染临床两组的疗效。方法:将52例明确诊断为脾肺两虚型小儿呼吸道感染患儿随机分为观察组(28例)和对照组(24例),两组患者均给予常规止咳、抗感染、化痰等改善治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合补脾宣肺推拿法治疗,1次/d,连续推拿1周,记录两组患者的临床治疗效果及3~6个月内复发率。结果:本次研究结果发现,在经过补脾宣肺推拿治疗1周后,观察组总有效率89.3%,高于对照组总有效率66.7%,表明补脾宣肺推拿法有促进婴幼儿呼吸道感染的恢复,进一步的随访研究发现,观察组治疗后3个月内复发率14.3%,明显低于对照组45.8%的复发率,6个月内复发率25.0%,亦低于对照组62.5%,且差异均具有统计学意义,进一步明确补脾宣肺推拿法可促进并预防婴幼儿呼吸道感染。结论:补脾宣肺推拿法辅助治疗小儿呼吸道感染能够显著提高治疗效果及患儿免疫力,促进其脾胃的功能,增强患儿机体对疾病的防御能力,有效减少复发率。无痛苦,易接受,是一种安全有效的临床传统中医绿色疗法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Bupi Xuanfei massage therapy on children respiratory tract infection of deficiency of both spleen and lung.Methods:52children with definite diagnosis of respiratory tract infection of deficiency of both spleen and lung were randomly divided into the observation group(28cases)and the control group(24cases).Both groups of patients were given usual treatment,such as relieving cough,reducing sputum and anti-infection.On the basis of usual treatment,patients in the observation group were treated with Bupi Xuanfei massage once a day for a week.The effect of clinical outcomes of the two groups and the recurrence rate3to6months after treatment was recorded.Results:According to the results of this study,after the treatment of Bupi Xuanfei massage,the effective rate of the observation group was89.3%,which was higher than that of control group,66.7%.It proved that Bupi Xuanfei massage could promote the recovery of children respiratory tract infection.Moreover,further research also found that after three months of the treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was14.3%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,45.8%;after6months of the treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was25%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,62.5%,the difference was of statistical significance.Conclusions:Bupi Xuanfei massage used as a supplementary means could significantly improve the curative effect,the immunity,the function of the spleen and stomach,enhance the defense capabilities,and reduce the recurrence rate.It was easy to be accepted by children because of no pain.As a safe and effective clinical traditional Chinese medicine green therapy,Bupi Xuanfei massage was worthy of clinical application.
