摘要
针对混动车电池管理系统(BMS)开发了硬件在环试测试平台。该试测试平台硬件包括实时仿真机、电池模拟器、故障注入设备等,软件包括电池及整车实时模型、RT-LAB实时仿真平台、PROVEtech:TA整车标定软件等。采用该HIL平台进行了BMS技术指标测试、功能测试、不同路况下的逻辑测试。结果表明:该硬件在环可以快速、准确、全面地验证BMS的性能参数、控制逻辑及与整车的交互能力,大幅缩短产品开发时间和开发成本。
A HIL system to test the function of BMS was developed.The hardware,including real-time simulator,battery simulator,fault inserting device,were equipped in the system.Meanwhile,the software such as real-time model of batteries and vehicles,RT-LAB,P:TA were provided as well.This system was used to examined specification,function and logic of BMS in different driving mode.The result revealed that this HIL system can work fast,accurately,roundly.Thus it could save time and reduce the development cost of BMS.
