摘要 介绍了并联式混合动力汽车结构,其中发动机控制器、电机控制器、整车控制器通过CAN网络进行通信。为了实时监控各个控制器的状态参数和修改控制器中的脉谱数据,采用Labview7.0软件开发了混合动力车基于CAN总线的实时监控平台。试验表明此平台具有控制器各个参数实时显示、控制指令发送、CAN总线数据测试、数据保存、数据回放、安全报警等功能,具有良好的人机交互界面,适合混合动力总成台架和整车标定匹配试验。 The structure of a parallel hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV) is presented, in which the controllers for engine, integrated starter/generator and complete vehicle communicate with each other through CAN network. A CAN-based monitoring platform for PHEV is developed with Labview 7.0, in which the state parameters of each controller can be monitored real time and the mapping data of controller can be modified. The test results indicate that the platform has the functions of the real-time display of controller parameters, control instructions sending, CAN bus data testing, data-saving and replay as well as safety alarming, and has friendly man-machine interface, suiting to powertrain bench test and complete vehicle test for the calibration/matching of HEV.
