摘要
目的:探讨重型口腔颌面部创伤的救治方法及效果。方法:收治重型口腔颌面部创伤患者48例,根据患者实际情况实施临床救治。结果:治疗优良率93.8%,不同骨折部位患者治疗优良率差异不存在统计学意义,无严重并发症。结论:根据患者临床症状及病情采取针对性临床救治能够保证治疗效果,提高患者存活率。
Objective:To investigate the treatment methods and effects of severe maxillofacial injuries.Methods:48cases of severeoral and maxillofacial trauma were selected,and the clinical treatment was carried out according to the actual situation of thepatients.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment was93.8%.There was no significant difference in the rate of goodtreatment between the patients with different fracture sites,and there were no serious complications.Conclusion:According to theclinical symptoms and conditions of patients,targeted clinical treatment can guarantee the effect of treatment and improve thesurvival rate of patients.
