摘要
目的:通过Delphi法和层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)建立颌面部功能损伤严重程度的数学模型,为颌面创伤预测功能评价提供研究手段。方法:该研究是采用层次分析法(AHP)将颌面部的整体功能从面形和功能障碍两个方面分层建立详细的损伤指标,用Delphi法对每一层的评价指标分别两两比较,按常用1~9阶标度的评价尺度赋值,行分层分析,计算出各项指标的权重并行一致性检验,通过一致性检验后求出评价指标损伤程度的组合权重。结果:求出了各个评价指标在颌面部功能损伤中占比重即权重系数,进而得出判定颌面部功能损伤严重程度的数学模型。数学模型为:颌面部功能损伤严重程度的数学模型是以组合权重Ci(i=1,2,…,13)表示各个损伤指标比例关系。结论:Delphi法和层次分析法(AHP)相结合是颌面部功能损伤程度建模的有效方法,使对颌面部功能损伤程度的定性描述定量化。
Objective: To establish a mathematic model for quantitation evaluation of maxillofacial function traumatic severity degree with Delphi technique and analytic hierarchy process(AHP), and find research way for prognosis. Methods: Maxillofacial function was analyzed from two parts, facial malformation and functional handicap by the idea of AHP. Two target of each process were compared through Delphi technique, and coincident test. Results: A semi-mathematic model of maxillofacial function traumatic injury degree was obtained, which was expressed by the compounded weigh of parameter Ci(i=1,2,...,13). Conclusion: To apply the Delphi method and AHP to establish maxillofacial model is effective. By this way, maxillofacial functional qualitative description can be analyzed through quantitative data.
