摘要
近年来研究生招生人数连续增长,研究生教育体制改革也取得了一定成效,但我国的高等教育事业与发达国家相比,仍然存在差距,招生制度不合理、导师指导不够、课程设置不合理、培养方式单一、资源投入不足、学术氛围不浓厚等等问题,导致了研究生质量的下降。该文企图通过实证统计,调查目前我国高校关于研究生培养质量监控实施的现状,总结不足之处,借鉴国外成功经验,对高校如何提高研究生培养质量,提出相应模式。
With the continuous growing enrollment in recent years,the graduate education reform has obtained the certain result,but there is still a gap between our country higher education compared with the developed countries,and the unreasonable enrollment system,insufficient instructor-led,irrational discipline structure,singleness of training level,insufficient total investment,inappropriate academic atmosphere and so on,led to a decline in the quality of graduate students.By positive statistics,this paper attempts to investigate about the quality of graduate education in Chinese universities to summarizes the deficiency,draw lessons from foreign successful experience,puts forward the safeguard mechanism to improve the quality of graduate education in universities.
