摘要 基于逐级吸能原理,建立了地铁B型车的非线性大变形碰撞动力学有限元力学模型,应用LS-DYNA非线性大变形分析软件,对两列列车碰撞情形进行了数值模拟分析。研究结果表明:列车结构设计符合逐级吸能原理的要求,仅吸能装置和部分车体端部结构产生了塑性变形,客室结构区域纵向长度的最大变化值均小于其总长的1%,乘客的生存空间可以得到保障,且列车间不会发生爬车现象。 Based on the principle of step-by-step energy absorption,a finite element model of nonlinear large deformation collision dynamics for B-type subway train is established.LSDYNA nonlinear large deformation analysis software is used to conduct a detailed numerical simulation of the collision between two trains.The results show that the design of the train is in accordance with the requirements of the step-by-step energy absorption principle,plastic deformation is only observed in energy absorption device and part of the train.The maximum change of the longitudinal length of the passenger compartment structure area is less than1%of the total length of the train energy structure,thus the living space for passengers can be guaranteed,there will be no climbing of one train on another at the same time.
