摘要
挡车器是为防止车辆遛滑、机械失灵或操作不当等情况下车辆失控、冲出线路而设置的线路安全设备。地铁既有线挡车器更新改造与在新线上铺设相比较,存在隧道内作业空间狭窄、有效作业时间短、技术参数匹配等诸多问题。主要从深圳地铁1号线的挡车器更新改造难点、改造思路和验收等方面分析和探讨地铁既有线插接式滑动挡车器更新改造施工管理。
As a safety device on track,stop buffer is to prevent train out of control,derailment under the circumstances of vehicle rolling away,mechanical failure or improper operation.Comparing the existing line stop buffer upgrade with the new line laying,there are more problems such as narrow working space in the tunnel,shorter effective working time,and matching technical parameters etc.This paper makes an analysis and discussion of the existing line plug sliding stop buffer upgrade and renovation construction management mainly from the aspects of the difficulties of upgrade and renovation,and replacement concept and acceptance of the stop buffers on Shenzhen metro line1.
