摘要
目的:研究保和丸联合二陈汤加减辨治小儿食积咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取我院2015年10月-2016年10月入院接受治疗的小儿食积咳嗽42例进行治疗分析。按照随机分组原则,将其分为试验组和对照组各21例进行对比试验,对照组患儿采取消积止咳口服液进行治疗了,试验组则采取保和丸联合二陈汤加减辨治方法进行。对比两组患儿的治疗结果。结果:试验组患儿的治疗总有效率,明显高于对照组,且患儿不良反应症状发生率,低于对照组,经比较,各组数据检测结果 P<0.05,表明具有临床统计学意义。结论:在临床治疗小儿食积咳嗽中,应用保和丸联合二陈汤加减辨治方法,可以有效提升治疗总有效率,并降低不良反应发生率。在临床中,有较高推广价值。
Objective:To study the clinical effects of Baohe Wan plus the Erchen decoction on infantile cough due to indigestion.Methods:42cases were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the principles of randomized method,21cases in each group.The control group received the Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid;the experimental group was given Baohe Wan plus the Erchendecoction.The treatment effects were compared.Results:The treatment efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higherthan that in the control group;and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05,with a statisticallysignificant difference.Conclusion:Baohe Wan plus the Erchen decoction can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,and reduce theincidence of adverse reaction,with a high value of popularization.
