摘要
目的探究延续性护理对乳腺癌根治术患者术后生活质量的影响。方法研究对象为2010年1月—2012年2月我院收治的140例乳腺癌患者,均行根治术治疗并接受术后化疗,采用数字表法随机分组,对照组70例实施常规护理,研究组70例在对照组基础上进行延续护理,采用问卷调查了解两组患者干预前和干预后的疾病认知情况,并采用乳腺癌生活质量量表(QLSBC)评价对比两组患者的生存质量情况。结果干预前两组患者的疾病认知评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组的术后化疗、自我管理、不良反应、饮食营养、功能锻炼等方面的认知水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组患者的QLSBC评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌根治术患者实施延续性护理能够有效的提高患者的疾病相关认知水平,改善患者的术后生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of continuity nursing on postoperative quality of life in patients with radical mastectomy.Methods The subjects of this study were140patients with breast cancer from January2010to February2012in our hospital.All patients underwent radical resection and received postoperative chemotherapy.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(70cases)was given routine nursing,while the70cases in the study group were given continuous care on the basis of the control group.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the cognitive status of the two groups before and after intervention.The quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by using the breast cancer quality of life scale(QLSBC).Results There was no significant difference in the cognitive score of the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the cognitive level of postoperative chemotherapy,self-management,adverse reactions,dietary nutrition and functional exercise in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the QLSBC scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function and social function of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of persistent nursing care in patients with radical mastectomy can effectively improve the patient's disease-related cognitive level and improve the quality of life of patients.
