摘要
目的探讨深静脉导管堵塞原因和实施针对性护理干预效果。方法选取2014年12月~2016年12月期间住院患者实施深静脉导管留置68例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和为对照组,每组患者各34例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以针对性的护理干预,观察两组患者导管堵塞及患者对护理满意度情况。结果观察组堵管率11.76%较对照组堵管率35.29%,显著降低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.2308,P=0.0222);观察组患者非常满意度为48.84%及总满意度为94.12%显著高于对照组的27.91%、76.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可减少深静脉导管堵塞率,临床应用前景广阔。
Objective To explore the causes of deep venous catheter obstruction and the effect of implementationof targeted nursing intervention.Methods68cases of deep venous catheter indwelling hospitalized in our hospitalfrom December2016to December2916were selected as the study objects.According to the random digital tablemethod,they were divided into observation group and control group with34cases in each.Patients in control groupwere treated with routine nursing,and patients in observation group were treated with targeted nursing intervention.Catheter blockage and patient satisfaction with nursing of the two groups were observed.Results The tube pluggingrate of the observation group was35.29%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group with11.76%,thedifference was statistically significent(χ2=5.2308,P=0.0222).The very satisfaction in the observation group was48.84%,and the total satisfaction was94.12%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group with27.91%and76.74%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention canreduce the blocking rate of deep venous catheter,and it has a broad prospect in clinical application.
