摘要
综述了比例积分微分(PID)法和计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术在塑料制品加工工艺优化和调控中的应用。PID法可以对加工工艺进行分段式调控和优化,从而得到动态特性和稳态特性均较好的加工工艺,进而提高塑料制品的质量;CAE法主要用于薄壁制品的加工中,通过对材料的科学选择、结构的合理设计以及工艺的有效优化,能够降低塑料制品产生缺陷的概率和程度。在工艺优化过程中,由于工作量巨大,因此,采用计算机模拟是一种具有高效性、可靠性和科学性的方法。
The application of proportion integration differentiation(PID)and computer aided engineering(CAE)in modification and controlling of plastics processing processes are introduced in this paper.PID methodcan be used for sectional controlling and optimization to determine the process with optimal dynamic and steadystatecharacteristics and furthermore,to improve the quality of products.CAE is applied in the processing of thinwall products,it eliminates the probability and severity of the defects of plastic products through the scientificselection of materials,reasonable design of the structure,and optimization of the process.Computer simulationcan be used to reduce the extensive workload scientifically in process optimization in high efficiency andreliability.
