摘要
目的探讨高校开展灾难救援自救互救通识课的效果。方法 2016年10月15-23日和2017-03-23至2017-04-09,南京大学面向全校本科学生开设了"智者生存——现代灾难救援理念与技术"通识课,以多媒体视听教材结合面授理论知识、实际操作示教、学生操作练习、考核比赛相结合的教学方式进行。通过问卷调查的形式,对课程开设的必要性、内容的合理性及课程效果等进行评价和总结。结果共计来自11个专业的120名学生选修了该课程,通过课程学习,学生急救知识知晓率显著提高,六大急救基本技术[通气、止血、包扎、固定、搬运、心肺复苏(含体外除颤)]的考核通过率为100.0%。其中,96.0%学生认为该课程实用性强、很有必要开设此类课程;分别有64.2%、95.0%、84.2%学生认为该课程提高了他们的理论知识、操作能力和综合利用能力;90.0%学生愿意成为急救社团成员,成为救援后备力量。结论依托高校开展灾难救援自救互救通识课是有必要的,可通过改进教学模式,提高学生对急救知识技能的掌握程度,并成立急救社团或协会,最终形成区域内高校培训急救联盟,以大学生带动整个社会人群急救健康素养的提高。
Objective This study was designed to evaluate the effectiveness of a general disaster rescue course in self-help and mutual aid carried out by universities.Methods Nanjing University opened a general course named"The Wise Will Survive-Modern Disaster Relief Idea and Technology"for all of its undergraduate students from October15th to23rd,2016and March23rd to April9th,2017.The teaching mode of the course was a diversified combination,which included face-to-face contact time,student practical exercises and examinations presented via multi-media audiovisual teaching materials.The necessity,effectiveness and efficiency of the course was evaluated and summarized by means of questionnaires.Results120students participated in this course.The course significantly increased the awareness level of first aid knowledge and the pass rate of six basic first aid techniques including ventilation,hemostasis,dressing,splinting,transition,CPR(including transthoracic defibrillation)was100%.Of the course participants,96%were of the opinion that the course was relevant and important;64.2%indicated that the course has improved their theoretical knowledge,95%indicated that it improved their operational capacity and84.2%indicated an improvement in their comprehensive utilization capacity.Conclusions I t is important and valuable to conduct disaster rescue self-help and mutual aid training through universities.Course participants benefit from improved knowledge of first aid and enhanced practical skills.Setting up first aid societies or associations and forming regional training unions in universities can improve the awareness of first aid among undergraduates,which will benefit the entire community.
