摘要 以临床真实病例为编辑对象,利用全功能仿真模拟人,采取理论讲解、现场示教、场景模拟、专项训练等方式,对滨州医学院180名五年级学生进行了为期32学时的急救复苏技术和快速反应能力培训。同时对受训学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明,在模拟环境下利用全功能仿真模拟人进行医学模拟训练是提高医学生急救水平和临床急救快速反应能力重要和有效的手段。 Using full-featured simulated man (SimMan) and setting up different scenarios based on real clinical cases, we trained 180 senior medical students of Binzhou Medical College in their resuscitation skills and clinical emergency rapid response. We also made a questionnaire-based survey among all the trainee students. The results of the study show that simulating teaching by means of SimMan is both an important and effective method to improve medical students resuscitation skills and clinical emergency rapid response ability.
