集束化护理干预在ICU人工气道患者的临床应用效果 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨集束化护理干预在重症医学科(ICU)人工气道患者中的应用效果。方法 96例ICU人工气道患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各48例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上行集束化护理干预,比较两组机械通气时间、住ICU时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组机械通气时间及住ICU时间较对照组明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.25%,明显低于对照组的20.83%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU人工气道护理中,开展集束化护理干预,能有效减少相关并发症发生,同时促进患者恢复。
