摘要
目的:研究社区健康教育对婴儿家长参与儿童保健的临床研究。方法:将婴儿200例随机平分两组。对照组应用传统健康教育方式,观察组应用新健康教育方式,对比两组健康教育成果。结果:通过不同的健康教育,观察组对知识掌握、婴儿体验、疫苗接种率均高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组婴儿家长对营养教育、疾病预防、婴儿成长、免疫计划评分均高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新健康教育能明显提高社区婴儿家长对儿童保健相关常识的掌握,具有一定的价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical study of community health education on infant parents participating in children'shealth care.Methods:200infants were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given traditionalhealth education,and the observation group was given new health education methods.The health education outcomes werecompared between groups.Results:After different health education,the observation group had higher knowledge,infant experienceand vaccination rate than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nutrition education,disease prevention,infant growth and immunization program in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:New health education can significantly improve the master ofcommunity baby parents on children's health-related knowledge,which has a certain value.
