摘要
目的:探讨米非司酮联合米索前列醇药物流产的护理方法和效果。方法:收治接受米非司酮联合米索前列醇药物流产的患者60例,随机平分两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,对两种护理方法的应用效果进行对比。结果:观察组的护理总有效率96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%;观察组的护理满意度96.67%,明显高于对照组的66.67%。两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受米非司酮联合米索前列醇药物流产的患者实施优质护理,效果较好。
Objective:To explore the nursing method and effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for medical abortion.Methods:60 patients with mifepristone combined with misoprostol for medical abortion were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high quality nursing.The effect of the two nursing methods were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 73.33%.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 66.67%.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high quality nursing care of patients with mifepristone combined with misoprostol abortion is better.
